This page explains what happens to the information you share with Shedo through shedoiq.org. We keep it short because we keep it simple.

What we collect

Nothing until you choose to contact us. When you send the contact form, we collect the details you type: your name, email address, the topic you pick, and your message.

We do not set advertising cookies or track you around the web.

Where it goes

Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox at info@shedoiq.org through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes your message on and does not use it for its own purposes. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry.

Analytics

If enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregate figures (such as page views and country) — it does not identify you. CONFIRM: remove this section if analytics is not enabled.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship. CONFIRM retention period, e.g. 24 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us at any time. Email info@shedoiq.org and we will action it.

Who is responsible

Shedo is the organisation responsible for your information. CONFIRM registered entity name, registration number (Reg #6310), and postal address in Erbil, KRI.
